Cowboys fans are so conditioned to losing that we have forgotten what it takes to have a winning team! Or, some of you younger fans don’t know what that even is. You hate the Jones family, but then agree with what they do. You have been told there’s no way around the salary cap so long that you actually believe it.
It takes good and expensive players to get to the championships rounds and on to a SB. You can’t do it with cheap 3rd & 4th tier type players. You have to pay some guys such as Cooper and D-Law to stay competitive long enough to add missing parts. In the past we let guys go like Hitchens, or Byron Jones. Why? What did it accomplish? Stop thinking that if they cut their own top tier players, that it’s going to allow and embolden them to sign your favorite top tier FA’s. Guess what? They AREN’T going to do that!!! If you cut these guys, then you’re left with nobody! The other players you are thinking they are interested in, HAHa, they aren’t!! This is how you end up with the “committee” philosophy. It’s also how you end up wasting the careers of good players. It’s how you end up being 27 year losers!!

I think most fans realize that the way Jerry and his idiot boy run this team is laughable, those idiots have no idea how to build a winning team and the last 27 yrs prove it.

But at the end of the day, its Jerry's team. He bought it, he owns it, and he can run it anyway he wants to. Not a lot us fans can do about it honestly. And this is not just the NFL, look at all major sports leagues and you always have teams that are constant losers but never change how they are run. Sure people talk about boycotts and such, but when has that ever happened to a pro sports team in the US?
Just take it for what it is, entertainment.
