Likes - Funny in press conferences, good defensive talent evaluator, great game manager ( we still were in position to win the game or tie it in the end).
Great conditioning coach, his teams are rarely injured.
Dislikes - Stubborn across the board. Gets to cute in the draft trying to prove he's a genius.. He has great players starring him in the face, but nooo.
Stubborn play caller and game designer in the WR area. The way he manages his QB situation is down right sad. The way he treats injuries.
