You got to look at the bigger picture, not just the score. We left a lot of points on that field. The dumb screen to Williams; Dez' crucial drop that COULD have possibly been 6. Don't forget the 2 very questionable penalties on Dez (offensive PI) and Claiborne's (PI), which, to me, were not penalties.

When it comes to laying an egg you have to look at the score. Laying an egg is losing by 25-30 points it means you stunk! You don't have a chance to win in the final minutes if you're laying an egg. The Cowboys leave points on the field almost every week. In the opener vs the Giants they only got 3 points off their first 3 takeaways. If you consider the 2 penalties on Dez and Claiborne as being very questionable and not penalties how could that be part of the team laying an egg? That would be on the refs not the team. The Cowboys lost a winnable game and it won't be the last winnable game they lose this season because they continue to be a mediocre team that isn't well coached.

That stuff in Clemson ain't gonna work in the NFL. And Romo is not as mobile as Boyd.

oh trust me ...everything chad morris does works.

that's why he is being paid 1.3 million a year as an oc on a college team.

i lived in bay city for the first 42 years of my life and we have never seen the likes of him come here and will never again.

every single high school he coached was a complete success..

we had true pocket passers here in his tenure here with andrew smith who was killed in a tragic car accident and scott elliott.

he took this team to 3 state games in 4 years with his brilliant coaching winning one in 2000.

he is a brilliant coach who has done nothing but win everywhere he has been.

I'll go 27-24, Dallas.

Of course, we'll struggle to get to 10 points before halftime, as usual. As mentioned, I also don't think we laid an egg against the Chiefs. This team is what it is and just got beat by a team that was just as good if not better than us.

I'd like to see the Cowboys commit to running the ball, even if it is not working at first. I'd like to see continued pressure on the QB and some turnovers. Overall I agree with many. This team is just not good enough to blow anybody out.

Hopefully we will all be surprised.

Yeah no way we dominate any team right now with this offense. Low scoring game like the Chiefs game.

I say 20-17 Cowboys just because we are at home. Although that has meant very little lately.

I'll take your word for it. I'm a Tarheel, but ready for an ACC national champ. Go Clemson!
