He was good enough to start at one point in his career the knee injury he got in 2016 left him unable to reclaim his starting role last year. Word is that he's a good run blocker and perhaps average at pass pro. Sounds like he may be an upgrade over Chaz at pass pro but then, who isn't? He won't be seen at center, though, since he's never played there. Some fans at KC hated to see him go, while others were less enamored. The main thing is that he does appear to be an upgrade over Chaz Green. That, in itself, makes the trade worthwhile.
