It feels good to finally win a playoff game after 13 years huh? The Cowboys are playing their best football right now. I am nervous for next week, the Vikings will have to play their A game against a hot, good, and tough Cowboys team to win. Brett is 1-10 against the Cowboys, ouch! The winner of the Vikings-Cowboys game will go to the Superbowl in my opinion. Here is to a great game and no injuries to either team next week! Again, congrats on the win, enjoy it!

I have to admitt and not to sound over confident but NOTHING and I mean NOTHING scares me about the Vikings. Our defense will shut down the WRs and farve will be under constant pressure. AD is not playing well and well again the defense IS NOT going to allow him to run around free we win this game sorry man if I sound like a Flamer but thats how I honestly feel.

I respect your opinion

You probably shouldn't. There's a lot to be worried about with the Vikings, not least of which is playing up there in the Metrodome, Jared Allen, and Adrian Peterson.

Many of us won't be too worried about Favre except in principle, as you pointed out we've done a good job on him over the years, but he's a hell of a QB even still. Can't wait for the game, and appreciate the classy first posts.

I've always had somewhat of a soft spot for the Vikings having grown up in Norway the name alone would really be enough, but i hear the Minesota area is where a lot of Norwegian immigrants settled.

I'm looking forward to the game cause I really believe we can, and will, go there and win. It's going to be a really good game though. No doubt about that.

If we can protect against the Vikings, I think we will win. That is a huge if, however, considering that they boast arguably the best front four in the league.

Unfortanely, I thought the Cowboys-Eagles game is on Sunday so I did not watch the game and I was going to check the Packers-Cardinals score on my phone and saw that the Cowboys won and the Cardinals-Packers game is on Sunday. I am worried about the Vikings offensive line (Bryant McKinnie can't handle speed rushers, I would not be suprised if Ware has a field day against McKinnie), the Vikings' safeties (Madieau Williams is nothing special and Tyrell Johnson is terrible) and cornerbacks (Antonie Winfield is not 100% healthy, and Michael Griffith is decent). Probably the easiest to exploit is maybe special teams lol!!

Gurode and Davis are stud lineman and probowlers, going up against probowlers in Kevin and Pat Williams. They'll handle them so thats a wash.

You give this Cowboys team time in the pocket, they can easily expose that Vikings secondary. I really like our chances against them.

Except that Kosier will be matched up with Kevin Williams, which IS a problem.

I do agree that if we get time, their secondary and lb's will get torched.

But I'm still havin flashbacks of Kosier's epic meltdown vs. New York two seasons ago.

My worry is that they can stop the run with just 7 guys. They have good CB's... Do they have an answer for Witten? Allen vs Adams will be a big key. Has Adams faced him? I'm working on a theory (that I have no intention on doing research) about the first time Adams faces a guy.

Adrian Peterson scares me, on paper the Vikes have a great oline don't they? Why have they had trouble running lately? Everyone loading up to stop it?
