They break down film and other things to make things easier for position coaches. Pretty much and entry level job that hopefully leads to a coaching position. Wade's son was a quality control coach for his dad's staff in Dallas. Not sure what Wes is doing now, I think he is on the Ram's staff.

When Miles came in to the league he had a severe case of the dropsies. But he worked on it and improved ALOT. Maybe he can teach those young guys the same.

He will at least make the Jets a bit prettier.
