I know SOME people won't like this win, but a win is a win. If you don't think winning is tough in the NFL just tune into the Eagles Giants game right now. Giants HUGE lead, Eagles on their way to tying it right now.

Garrett now 4-2 as the head coach.

Team has some serious defensive problems, but those can get fixed next year. Player reactions tell you they aren't quitting, they want to win.

Minus Romo
Minus Roy
Minus Dez

With guys playing on both sides of the ball that we haven't seen all year.

All in all, a good win.

This is why I have so much hope for next season. Healthy Romo and Dez, a full off season of JG and, hopefully, an improved Oline. We're going to be beast next season.

I'm happy we won :D

This game showed how badly we need an upgrade in the secondary!

We need new coaches on defense, in my opinion. I think we have enough talent. There is no team in the league that doesn't have holes. Need Spears to get healthy too. We miss him more than a lot of people thought we would.

Obviously, this secondary needs to be revamped completely.

Rex Grossman throwing for 300 and 4 TDs? Geezzzzzzz

team is just awful...
Too many opposing team individual career records have been set against this team this year. Seems if you want to have a career day all you have to do is play the Cowboys. This defense needs fixed and if Jerry doesn't do it, it will bite us again next year as well.

Should have been 28-0 after 1.
This is true. At least the defense looked better early on, but yeah, those red zone struggles are frustrating. Just remember, no Romo, no Dez, no Roy, no Barber so...

New defensive coaching staff

Replace Newman

Replace Ball

Get another pass rusher

Upgrade O-line.

Bruising running back.

fill some in free agency, some in the draft

If someone has the stomach for it, would you mind finding out how many QBs have had their career game against Dallas?

The game was awful. Should have been a blow out.

Our defense is our biggest problem. Rex Grossman four TDs really????
No easy solution. Time to weed out the poor performers.

Im glad we won. I think most people are. Its hard to call yourself a fan and not want your team to win every week.

However, if you really think this was a "good" win, i don't understand your logic. A win is a win.. and im glad we won, but it exposed again some of the serious holes we have on this team. Im not at all happy with the way we won. We let a terrible team walk all over us. Its not acceptable at all. Garrett lost some points with this one.

It WAS a good win, because any win is a good win in the NFL.

But I have other reasons to say that.

We are playing with our backup QB.
We are playing without our most athletic receiver and our #2 or 3 receiver depending upon how you look at them.
We are playing without Marcus Spears which really hurts our run defense.

In other words, we have some major holes. Why is it that Cowboys fans look at other teams missing players and think we should walk all over them, but when we are missing multiple players WE THINK WE SHOULDN'T MISS A BEAT?

Not gonna happen.

Yep, win is great and I agree with many, D was awful for about 1 and half quarters. They finlaly pulled their head off their rear and did stop the Skins finally.

But to be fair, Kitna was a culprit in this game, but missing some throws in Red Zone, that turned in Field Goals instead of TDs, which kept Skins in the game essentially.

Yea yea, we had some people out, they had some people out.. it shouldn't matter. They were playing with their backup QB too.

Bottom line, it was an awful display. There's no reason that game should have even been close. They are an awful team, starting an awful QB. It was a win.. im happy. But it was ugly as hell. Im not happy with the performance or the execution.

That is so true. But still, D did wilt a lot and played bad 1 and 1/2 quarter, no doubt about. No matter how we slice it.

Pasq called way too passive D, especially against Grossman, when book on him is that, you pressure him and he will throw helter skelter. Then FS/ CB gave up some easy plays.
