1. The Browns have released Josh McCown.
2. The Browns need someone better, a veteran, to bench RGIII.
3. Romo needs a new start.
4. Browns have the No. 1 draft pick.
5. Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M, and Solomon Thomas, DE, Stanford, are the top DE choices this spring.

Trade Romo, trade 1st round draft picks and both teams get what they want. And if the Browns hesitate, throw in Mo Claiborne and a 6th round draft pick.

For those with a "We owe Romo" whine, don't feel you have to respond.

Did Al Davis buy the Browns? I kid but nobody is giving the 1st pick in the draft for Romo. And Jerry won't trade his son to the browns.

Keep dreaming, The Browns have ZERO interest in an aging often injured quarterback when they're in rebuild mode....

He would just retire instead of going there and the team would get nothing for him.

This. You can't strong-arm Romo into doing anything, because he always has the option of retiring and leaving the Cowboys holding the bag on any trade deal he doesn't like.

Do you really think Jerry would trade Romo to Cleveland? Not to mention, what makes you think Cleveland even wants Romo?

Tony Romo's ego, ruffian from the East, would not allow him to quit. Banque on that!
