Connor showed grit and toughness, and that's exactly what we need from him and the rest of the Oline. They need to start getting mean and nasty!

Since you study many of his snaps in isolation (like Voch) or all of his snaps in isolation (PFF) we certainly take your opinion with great weight. Voch and PFF don't trash Connor like the empty-heads here.

Not everyone is going to be Hof good but guys like Williams are actually good players who look worse compared to guys like smith, martin and Fred beard. Williams has been solid he just hasn't been as good as other guys on this line but he is way better than the alternative.

Connor had to grow a bit it takes most lineman some years ( we were spoiled with Tsmith and zmartin) his balls droped now he is game
