As I said weeks ago...... we were spoiled by Martin, who hit the ground right from the start and dominated. Most rookies aren’t like that.

Williams just needs time to get acclimated. It appears he’s trending the right way.

I was hoping a Williams thread would pop up. I am interested in the thoughts of those in the know.

I was scared we would take him in the first. I'm glad we got him in the second. He seems to be very athletic and looks like a great draft pick. I keep seeing him thirty or forty yards down field on long plays. If he gains some strength I feel like we have solidified LG for many years.

He has done well and will surely benefit from an off-season under an NFL training regimen. He has been fortunate to play between two good players.

Is it just me, or is it fairly obvious that Williams and Collins should swap positions? More strength inside and it gets Collins back to the left side, and Conner Williams has great feet from what I have seen and looks like a tackle all the way. Strange to me that they keep them lined up the way they do.

Just needs more experience and reps.

Next off season he needs that strength program to beef up that power and more technique work, I like the player and hope he continues to shine.

He'll be fine. He needs time and weight. Unless Fredrick can come back off IR at the end of the season I wouldn't expect miracles from him.

He's in a tough situation for a rookie.

read it often. I was never worried. just needed to learn to bend his knees and improve his footwork. seems very coachable.

must just be you. I don't think that's a good idea at all. Collins has become a standout rt. Williams growing into his spot very comfortably. .
