He made a choice. Take $150k a month or do the right thing. Jackson would have fired him if he didn't give him what he wanted. He made the choice (took the $150k a month) and death resulted. Now he has to accept the consequences of that choice. He knew well in advance this outcome was likely.

Goodbye.

MJ was going down a destructive path for many many years. Did this doctor's actions cause Michael to die even more prematurely than he would normally have died? Obviously twelve people thought so. Just my opinion but we are overlooking a bigger issue of Michael's addictions and bad habits and how it appears no one lifted a finger to help him for a long time. That is on his family and friends and even Michael himself for not being a more responsible parent.

I don't think those issues are being overlooked, they just have nothing to do with this particular case. There have been other cases that touched on those issues, and I'm sure there will be more.

On his friends and family? No. Sometimes even interventions aren't enough to stop this type of destructive behavior.

Conrad is definitely guilty of manslaughter. He was the enabler to Michael's destruction. The death itself (if Michael actually injected himself) is on Michael.
