I am not much for being a sore loser. The boys lost because they let the skins push them around all night long. Having said that, about 1/2 way into the game I really began to wonder about the refs. 1) The "wonderful coverage on TO" looked a lot like defensive interference most of the time. 2) Am I the only one who thought the field goal was about 1 yard wide? 3) The facemask that almost put Felix's head in another zip code. 4) Where was the 12 man?

But then, why would the league want America's team to lose?

You are not the only one who saw the holding on our receivers nearly all game long. The only one I remember being called was the first time Crayton's jersey was pulled off his shoulder pad. The rest of the game the refs just ignored it.

I simply don't believe in them. I believe the team who plays best wins 95% of the time.

We got out played in every facet of the game.

The refs took a "let them play" mentality in this game.

I actually like that, let the players settle the game. The question is if the refs were not going to call physical play, then why didnt we start jamming and bumping their receivers?

What did we do.....we played 10 yards off like a scared littel $%^&#!!!!!

Touche. You have a good point. We got our butts kicked, and in the scheme of things, one loss isn't a big deal. But if you are a Cowboys fan, living in the Washington area.... I want to smell a rat here:(

Telling the truth is not an excuse. that freaking FG was no good.and how about that none facemask call with the guy standing there looking right at it? and the play where the Commanders linemen moved a full second before the snap and there was no call.these refs sucked eggs.and they favored the skins all day long. it's sickening.

when our team loses, we always look towards the refs because in our hearts, we believe that the cowboys are the best team in the nfl and there is no way they could just flat out get beat.

Even the best have bad days.

The 12th man call was legit, I think it was Pat Watkins.

The FG is not clear-cut, the ball appears to veer to the right but it also appears to have gone over the top of the upright before veering off. I cannot tell from the replay 100% if if was good or not, so I am going to give the ref the benefit of the doubt on this one.

I do not believe the NFL told the officials to "make sure Dallas loses this weekend". In fact, the Skins did have 2 TDs called back.

I think our D just sucked today, we deserved to lose.

The score is not a true measure of how bad we got beat.

Be honest, Washington played a much better game than Dallas and deserved the win.

It's ok though. Dallas will return the favor in DC.

Things just didn't work out today.
