This is just kind of a ridiculous thought that popped into my head when reading that Spagnuolo was the highest paid DC. Every now and then in contracts you'll see a clause guaranteeing the person to be the highest paid at their position. What would happen if two people had that same clause in their contract? Legally, would they both be considered the highest paid even though they shared the top spot?

The world would explode? Seriously, they should fire their lawyers if there was no built-in contingency for a contract that included similar language.

Never really thought about that. You probably get into some little thing where they have to keep adding a dollar or something to a contract to make them the highest paid.

*Shrugs* I have no clue. I'm not a legal beagal. :)
