How come I have to log in every time, I visit, on both my pc, and my phone, it used to do that, then it quit for a month or so, now it's doing it again.

You should probably check the "Remember me" check box when you log in on both and you won't have to login everytime.

We periodically require users to be logged in while viewing this site to provide a better experience for our registered members by limiting server resources allocated for and used by non-members.

As WG pointed out, you can check the "Remember Me" box and you will not have to login each time you visit the site.
