Whoever decided that brandin cooks was a better fit than DeAndre Hopkins needs to be fired. Hopkins was the perfect fit for this slant oriented offense and we went with a guy who’s nothing but a deep threat. The WCO is perfect for a qb that's smart and accurate. Need the anticipation, timing and accuracy to be able to hit wrs in stride out of their breaks. Dak has none of that, Purdy has all of it.

Exactly. For a team who historically cant stop the run needs to get something out of their 1st rounder. The roster improvements made since the 9ers loss last year was Cooks and the 2023 draft. I know draft picks take time to develop but you would like to think you see some productivity somewhere.

Good assessment. Honestly, I haven't seen any work in the middle. I asked about that during training camp.

Dak is throwing so close to the sidelines that the defender only has to push the receiver out for it to be incomplete. I guess it is better than an interception. 3 and outs is the name of the game, right now.
