Cool for Christmas?

I haven't been allowed to open it yet so the package is still sitting under the Christmas tree. It's riffle shaped and the weight is about right too. I had a Sako 85 Carbonlight Stainless riffle on my list for Santa so one can only hope.

I bought my wife a new Remington 270 caliber rifle..... too bad she hates hunting!

.270 is one of my favorite calibers. I've got a Ruger M77 .270 that I'll be buried with if I have my way.

That's cool. My wife and I went hunting on one of our first dates and she's good at it. I figured out she's a keeper early on. She tells me it took much more convincing for her... I think she's kidding.

I bought my Weatherly 270 in 1981, when JC Penny dropped their sporting goods business. Like you, I will probably be buried with it. Great gun!

My wife purchased tickets for the Jets game and we traveled from Nova Scotia, Canada to Texas. It was the first time I ever watched a live game and the experience of the trip and the stadium was out of this world. I can't wait to do it again.
