Cooper Beebe

The Washington Commanders' defensive line rankings have varied, with some sources placing them high, such as 4th in early September 2025 by PFF, and a 10th-place ranking in defensive line rankings for Week 6.
yes, so, without the best WRs, that line was going to deplete fast. so it wasnt as a big of challenge than what it could have been.

And the worst in the league counting all the games prior to this last game.

Pro Football Network? Who is that?

If Brock was suddenly the worst (opposite of PFF), explain why such career pace setting highs for Dak in passing yards and Javonte in rushing yards?

The closest any D-lineman can be to a QB is to go through a Center, so if Brock Hoffman was supposedly the worst Center so far in the NFL (as this Pro Football Network says), why is it both Dak (QB) and Javonte (RB) are on pace to record career highs in a season?

Pretty much destroys this "worst Center in the NFL" myth.

How about the smith and Booker return

I will be glad when Beebe is back 100% healthy, and I am glad guys like Hoffman, Bass, and Thomas are on this team and gives their best every snap when called upon.

Our OL is a strength— particularly in the ground game. Health has been an issue this year so far, but hopefully they are trending in the right direction and we will see them gel and gain more consistency down the stretch

I think he will be back in 2 weeks. I can't see them playing any of the returning guys the first week back on the field.
Very happy to see all these guys returning to the field! These re-enforcements are much needed.

We have a deep oline. I think we have quality that runs 2 deep. Not much fall off from the starters to the next guy.

Ok. I missed a sack. I switched to a more competitive game. But, Beebe isn't one of the better centers (yet) and the offense hasn't missed him at all, apparently. This isn't a travis Frederick situation where the whole offense collapses in his absence.
You aren't a good Cowboys fan if you switched to a more competitive game.

hoffman is a scrapper and gives you all he has on every play
but he just does not have the physical tools
he is a very good back up which means he is an average at best starter
He might best at LG where he doest face power as much. That seems to be where he struggles. If he is ever an above average starter at any point, my guess would be at LG

Absolutely. Did you?

Did you notice PFF gave Hoffman the highest grade out of our starting 5 linemen against the Commanders?
Seriously AC???????? I watch every game live and them replay it.

And yes I saw Hoffman's grade. But that doesn't make him better than Beebe. Simply because he isn't.
