Coop did the same thing with the Raiders. It may be a Dak thing, it may be a Linehan thing, or it may just be a Coop thing. I don't know.
He is receiving a ton of coverage after a few big games as was to be expected.

Dont blame it on double teams. He got single coverage looks out there, Its the QB.
many times yesterday Aikman pointed this out, he didn't understand why Dak was not throwing to him, said with single coverage He would be throwing to Cooper every time, but what does Aikman know? Aikman seams to really like Cooper, and based on yesterday it appears that it's Dak's inability to read progressions and coverage's than double teams.

What, do you all expect 200 yards and 3 TD’s every game?

I mean it’s a bit premature to be talking about how Amari Cooper disappeared. Isn’t it?

Ok last thread start.. where's Cooper been?
Aikman spends 5 minutes babbling about Cooper being single covered and Dak throws incomplete to a blanketed receiver. Cooper hasn't disappeared, the qb doesn't read coverages well enough to determine single vs double coverage!

Taking a QB's weapons away in order to slow the offense down, what a revelation.

Football will never be the same.

Surely, so ingenious a technique has never been deployed on the gridiron before.

Let's ignore the fact that in the game, there were times where Dak picked them apart with Beasley only to get to the Redzone and have our OC call a reverse to Cooper and refuse to run it with Zeke.
Well said! Our OC is an idiot by every standard!

As sad as it is when the answer is Dak not being able to throw the ball I think we all agree it's time for a new qb

It isn't on Cooper, it is on Linehan. Hopkins, Tyreek Hill, Antonio Brown, Edleman, Odell, Theilen, are all double teamed and their OCs find a way to get them the ball.

Bingo. Dak prefers the safe 3 yard pass when we need 7 on 3rd down. He won't even look at coop cause he's scarred.

defenses are adjusting. part of it was the cooper will allow others to get open because they will get 1:1 opportunities...they are doubling cooper by rolling a safety over to him and they are playing him tightly.

Cooper is still there and always has been.........it's incompetent coaching that's still the problem.......it's the Garrett/ Linehan way.....when something is working, they simply stop using it.........since his 200+ yard game he's been mostly invisible.......I'll never understand their thought process on this.
