Cooper going with 19 not 89

Wow, still all the WR's #'s are in the teens.
Twill is on IR, so does he count? :muttley:

Noah Brown is #85, on IR also

Maybe Cooper wants a fresh start with a fresh number.
#9 is Cooper's number, he just isn't allowed to wear that in the nfl. So he went with 89 with the raiders. Jarwin has 89 so he went with 19. Still possible he could switch in the next two weeks with Jarwin though.

just saw on dc.com that he has chosen the number 19

Wonderful.
How long until we can expect him to tear one or both hamstrings.....

Got nothing on Laurent Robinson - he better have sent Romo 10% of that Jags contract

10% would be short changing Romo imo.

Should have been more like 35-40% if you ask me....

Joking aside--if you look at Robinson's stats in teh NFL, it's shocking.
he played 6 NFL seasons. 41% of his career yards and 11 of his 15 career TD's were from his 1 season in Dallas.

If that isn't telling, I don't know what is....

Blake Jar Jar didn't want to give up the number to the diva WR. Expect there to be bad blood in the locker room because of the diva not being catered to. This guy doesn't care about football in the first place.

It was also the only time he was healthy for most of the season too.
Concussion(s) and hamstring issues in ATL and a broken fibula in St. Louis.
Relatively clean here, outside of the hammy issue early on, and then 4 concussions in ~7 games with the Jags.

Since we went all in on him, why not just rip the jersey off whoever is wearing the #88 and give it to him.

There's some truth to that, I will admit. He had injury issues in many of his years in the league.
Although the season before he played for us, he played a full season for St Louis in 2010.

Same number of games (played 14 games in both 2010 and 2011).

St Louis 2010: 34 catches, 344 yards, 2 TD
Dallas 2011: 54 catches, 858 yards, 11 TD

Pretty stark difference.
