If I'm MM, I let Cooper Rush get some 1st team reps this week. I sit Dak down, and let him know that he's on a tight rope from here on out, with the turnovers. So if he comes out and throws a couple of picks early, pull him and put Rush in the game.
But you aren't MM so we don't need to worry about this nonsense.

You are free to go play Madden and make these kinds of decisions.

It was just really odd. If they wanted Dak to go into the playoffs with confidence, they should have let him sit on the bench after that TD drive before the half. Instead they gave him 2 more quarters to stink it up.

Rush should have gotten two quarters to play just for the worst case scenario in the playoffs.
Agreed. And I think 31 other teams would take that approach.

I saw it as the 'Dak fear' approach again. The dude is petrified of anyone taking snaps.. and probably for good reason. How do you justify that you are the 'guy' when a poor QB like Rush can come in and take the team 4-1 in your absence. I always find it bizarre that more people don't notice little things like this. Why is Dak out there deep in the 4th qtr in a game we are going to lose and PHI had done the job.. so absolutely nothing to play for at that time.. and our 40M QB is still running around?? Especially considering how much he was stinking it up.. it was just strange and bad coaching. I still tend to think it is a case of the tail wagging the dog though.. I don't think Dak lets them sit him.

Anyone who actually thinks we can win a playoff game against Tom Brady with Cooper Rush at QB with no running game and the defense we have is absolutely lost their minds. Lol It’s beyond obvious this is not the same team we had when Rush was the QB.

Well since some give Cooper Rush all of the credit for how the defense was playing earlier in the season, I guess they honestly hope and believe that Cooper Rush can come in and single handedly have the defense holding Brady to under 20 points and one TD. In spite of how the defense has obviously declined from how they played during the first half of the season.

Rush never had to throw much. We dominated the Rams and he only had 16 passing attempts because our defense was playing so well and we could run the football. We only gave up more than 20 points once when Rush was the QB and we lost that game to Philly. Our defense has fallen way off since then. We had a bend, but don’t break defense early in the season and now it’s broke. We’ve had absolutely no running game the last three games. We saw what happened to Rush when he was in a position to have to throw a lot. The most passing attempts he had was against Philly and he was exposed.

I totally agree, it's time to send a message to the over hyped, overpaid, less than mediocre Prescot that it's time to GET IT UP, GET IT ON or GET ON OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many millions of people are not in MM's shoes because they would do a poor job and do very silly things. The post above is just one example of this.

Jerry would never ever let that happen.
