One-read patterns and the ability to hand the ball off and to rely on a defense getting ten sacks a game does not equal franchise quarterback, I guess.

its a very serious question....... so in the past 50 years you have Brady and Dak, and in both cases you had some CRAZY circumstances that led to a guy taking over. If romo doesnt hurt his back, Dak never sees the field. In 2-3 years from now when Dak starts hitting that "Older," age, then fine, but right now, why waste the pick. I always hear how that is what the pats do and it has worked so well for them... reallY? How is the ol QB situation for the Pats right now?


By the way, one could argue that using Dak as your example hurts your argument.....lol
