Did you see the struggle that punk was putting up? Cops are trained to subdue the perp at all costs. And unless you are a trained policeman you cannot say NEVER a need for more than three cops to subdue a person. Hell, a guy high on meth or something have enormous strength. I'm sure in Canada that it just takes 2 or 3 guys, never more, right?
