Cop that kicked woman faces charges

She obviously has anger issues. She slapped someone in the casino. Still the cop overreacted to the situation. I don't think he should lose his job or anything extreme, but he deserves some form of punishment. I wonder what too so long since this video says the incident occurred in 2009.

You mess with the bull, you get the horns!

:laugh2:

Oh well, there are good cops and then there are bad cops.

My brother retired as a cop in Dallas and he's told me stuff that I would never ever do...stuff that he has seen and been involved in, and he's religious as ever.

Sorry, I know it's sad, but I laughed out loud at that.
She had something coming for what she did, but, uh, maybe not that.:laugh2:

Yes = Charged for assaulting an officer.

No = Being kicked in the head and knocked into unconsciousness.

It's a cop's job to be a professional. If you can't control yourself enough to keep your composure when a seated, handcuffed, barefoot woman kicks you in the shin, you need to find a new line of work. Preferably something that doesn't involve people.

Great find. Even his fellow officers are not saying anything in his defense.

Gotta disagree, any cop who kicks a handcuffed woman ought to lose his job...

I know that you deal with some real jagoffs when you're a policeman, but it's your job to deal with that, and if you can't handle it any better than that, you need to get a new job...

Frankly, he should do some time for assault himself... what I saw there was beyond contemptible (and some of you may remember, I'm one of the first to defend law enforcement officers)...

Absolutely. Well said.

I admit that I laughed.

But he is completely in the wrong here. There is no way in hell he can justify kicking her in the head at that point. Especially with the other officers there to help him defend himself against the handcuffed woman.

Yep, I hate say say because I know that is a difficult job, but that stuff just can't fly.

The guy has no business being in any type of authoritative role. He should be sweeping floors after business hours.

Hopefully that will be what his next job is.
