One of you morons that keep claiming most cops are like this ought to spend a couple of weeks as one. Its a real lousy job especially in any size city.
Its true a number of people who should not be get in- but to tar all by the actions of a few is about as dumb as you can get.
Now there are a lot more surveillance cameras around now then there used to be so a lot of this is getting caught that never would have before.
And it really depends on the department on how much and how good training they get.

So its ok if its not caught on camera? We get it burm.

you might want to be a little more thorough in checking a thread

BTW: Most cops are actually egotistical A-holes. I know many. A lot of our own State Troopers are also A-holes. I know many of them too.

Please don't try and speak for me. That only starts to iritate.

And then don't try and claim you know most cops. YOU DON'T. You know a handfull in one area. WHOOPIIEEEE. Google up what random sampling means and then do a little research on size of sample and how that sample should be picked. You might learn something.

And as regards the camera where did I say about not getting caught- stick your BS where the sun don't shine.
With more cameras around more incidents like that will be exposed. If you are not smart enough to figure that out that is your problem.

The manager could have ended it by counting the register to prove he gave her a $10.

He probably thought that the fact there were no 20s would have ended it.

He shouldn't have to do anything. Just cause this guy is a cop?

What a loser. Somehow he is cleared of wrong doing. Where can I sign up to kick the hell out of people for nothing and get off scott free?

''Another thing I'm getting tired of is when after six policemen stick a floorlamp up some black guy's ***, the police department announces they're going to have "sensitivity training".

If you need special training to be told not to jam a large, cumbersome object up someone else's *******, maybe you're too ****ed up to be on the police force in the first place."

This is the first thing that comes to mind when I hear about police brutality.

You do realize there are members of this board who are police officers or work in the field.

So. I never said all cops. I said I knew a lot who were.

You do realize that right? Seriously people. You have to stop wearing your feelings on your shoulders.

Most are either dumb as a box of rocks or have low self-esteem and like bullying the rest of society around...or both.

Man, lighten up with the stereotyping. That's some serious hate that you're throwing around. For sure, that cop was a bozo, but don't throw the majority of them under the bus.

Maybe you should spend more time venting anger towards people out there doing the crimes that require us to have so many cops. Your generalized hatred seems VERY misguided.

Respect is earned on both sides. If a cop approaches someone and that person has attitude and disrespects the officer things can only go south from there. Too many people today have a bad attitude and wonder why these things happen :bang2:

I don't care how disrespectful she was, she didn't deserve that.

A cop doesn't have the right to pepper spray someone cuz they don't respect the badge. No where does it say "Respect the badge or you will be pepper sprayed".

I agree she should show some repect, but her lack or respect was nowhere as bad as his lack of common sense.

I agree with you. In an earlier post that this was excessive. My most recent comments have been towards those who apparently have a problem with authority right from the start

However, in some peoples minds a cop just can't win. If they pepper spray or taz someone they say why didn't they just take them down and handcuff them. But if they attempt to take them down and a fight takes place they complain saying they should have pepper sprayed them. Most departments teach you to use pepper spray before you go hands on if at all possible.

What I said was a little harsh, but I do think most get into it for the wrong reasons. I don't hate them. I just don't like how a lot of them do their jobs.

Dallas thinks he knows most cops and therfore can call them whatever. Talk about Arrogant. OK Dallas HOW many police officers are in the forces you stigmatize? Then how many of them you claim to know WELL enough to say they are what you claim they are?
Frankly you are about as arrogant as anyone on this board.
