That’s good for us. The bengals run a similar defensive system as us and many mocks had them taking Derwin James or Roquan Smith. The bills will now take a QB at 12. Thus a defender that fits may fall to us.

That's the key

They were expecting far more trade activity than usual this offseason for that very reason....plenty of teams with cap space.
And I think there are now penalties if you dont spend a lot of it

I would not go so far as to “rejoice” because of another team moving up to take a QB but We are not in “dire need” for a QB. If it pushes that extra talent our way in positions we are looking to upgrade then we gain something from it.
