He got cut to take heat off the coaches after that loss. He was actually a decent player.

I don't think the message was as much to Corey or any guy cut as much as it was for the guys they kept. They haven't given up on him yet. They got their butts kicked for 4 quarters on Thanksgiving but they weren't dogging it even at the bitter end.

So Catch could you please point out those of us that don't think Garrett is the second coming of Dave Campo that 'cling' to him cutting Corey White. Also, could you tell us what really matters? Is it the run-run-pass tendency and playcalling like you rail about that LINEHAN is calling?

I don't want to talk about my past posts. I just want to think about my posts going forward. I'm just taking it 1 post at a time. I'll just take it day by day and try to get better at my posting.

Not like Carr is guarding #1 recievers. He follows #1 recievers around the field, that's about it. Doesn't jam them, doesn't make them change their routes, doesn't make plays on the ball. Of course White would be no better.

Carr was getting abused by a TE last game. Olsen abused him one on one.

Agreed. But I'm not convinced that a bend not break defense is built to win games. Seems like it allows the other team to control the clock.

Oh I know it's not. The dumbest thing I constantly hear about this "bend but don't break" defense. It's incredibly stupid and maybe I misunderstand it but what's the difference between getting a bomb thrown on you for a touchdown and having a team just carve you up all the way down field. I hate this defense.

Seattle and Denver are easily the top 2 defenses and all I can say is that they cover well and rush the passer well. Sounds pretty simple I know.

Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians consistently makes us wonder why other coaches don't have as much fun with their respective pulpits.

When speaking about Corey White on Wednesday -- White was recently cut by the Cowboys and signed by the Cardinals on Tuesday -- Arians threw just a little bit of shade in the direction of the Dallas Cowboys.

White, if you'll remember correctly, was one of two players released by the Dallas Cowboys in part because they did not wear a coat and tie. This, while the Cowboys still insist on employing Greg Hardy.

We haven't played Megatron this year. But how shocking is it really the best receiver in the league dominated someone?

It's so hard to play defense in this league anymore that I'm not really sure there is truly any great style.

Watching the Seahawks..... It does sure seem like they are allowed to play a lot more physical then the average team.
