Corn on the cob...how do you cook it

I shuck it and silk it. Brush with olive oil and apply salt and pepper. Then grill over hot coals. Once it starts popping, turn it. If you don't like charred food, then this isn't for you.

I grilled a cob the other day and then cut all the kernels off and threw them in a bowl, added butter, salt, pepper & some ricotta cheese, turned out to be a pretty tasty improvised version of creamed corn

Go to an Indian store and ask for something called "chaat masala"

Add that and crushed red peppers to "kick it up a notch"

I like to just open the can put it in a bowl and then microwave it.

Mexican C on the C = Use mayo instead of butter. Sounds weird but it's great. Shuck the corn and spread a thin layer of mayo on the ears. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt & pepper, and a little lime juice. Wrap it in foil and grill it. The Mexican dudes who were re-roofing my house were cooking this on their little grill and shared it with me. Good stuff!
