I don't have ESPN Insider, but one of the headlines I saw on there says "Coughlin annoyed over non-call on Romo-Hurd touchdown."

I can't read the article and I was wondering if anyone knows what he's talking about there? I don't remember seeing anything like a penalty on that play.

Has anyone who has the Insider read that to see what it is about?

I'm just curious as to what that schmuck has to whine about...

Tell Coughlin to stop whining. He doesn't think we were annoyed last year when Roy tripped over an official on the Burress TD? It's the NFL. Not every penalty is going to be called and life isn't fair.

A reciever on the other side of the field than Hurd jumped the snap. It was minimal and didn't affect the play, but probably should have been a penalty.

From one angle, it appears that Crayton might have been lined up in the nuetral zone. Coughlin is mad that the ref didnt call it and gave us the TD. Like it would have mattered, with Manning out the game was over.

It is just Coughlin trying to find someway to blame the loss on somebody else. He is so freaking gone at the end of the year and he knows it.

If my team got 45 dropped on them, as coach I would be a little more concerned over a freaking 5 yard offside call.

He is in panic mode, it is all closing in on him and he knows he is done.:D

Coughlin is going to be more annoyed each passing game because the Giants are on the verge of imploding and he's on the verge of being fired.

lets say they call the play u think fat boy would of took them down field

Ok Tom, I tell you what, we will take the points off the official score from that TD but we still won the game with the points we had so what do you need to gripe about now?

I don't think Tom makes it through 16 games. I think an interim coach finishes for him. We'll see if I'm right.

He'll finish - but he won't see next year as a Giant.

I hear rumors that the G-men are going after Cowher next year.

Really not news, I bet half the teams in the league go after Cowher.

Isn't that a 5 yard penalty?

I live in NY and haven't heard that. Never understood the Cowher thing anyways.

I rewatched the game and have to say fellows we got away with one. Crayton was clearly falling over and stumbled back as hike was being called. Being a ref myself i can not beileve the linesman did not make that call. Not that it would of mattered I believe we win the game regardless but thats one call for us and you know eventually they will even out.

I'm annoyed over the non-call when the Giants' center clotheslined Ware after Ware stunted up the middle and had a free run at Manning.

It happens, deal. You think the Giants have never had any that went in their favor?

I think in the interest of fairness and sportsmanship, we should forfeit the win, and apologize personally to Coughlin for putting him through such undeserved stress...
