Could Colts Game Be Flexed?

I was shocked the Eagles/Cowboys game wasn’t flexed.

Since the first game was on SNF, it's likely that FOX had this matchup protected.

Usually the only way you'd get the same game on SNF is if the second game was in Week 17, where no game is protected.

CBS has the doubleheader this week, and since our game is on FOX, it will stay in the 1pm timeslot, with most of the country getting New England vs. Pittsburgh at 4:25.

Oh goodness i hope not give me sunday at 1pm so we can get it over with

Is there any chance this game still gets flexed to a late afternoon game? What is the latest they will flex the 1:00 and 4:25 time slots?

Colts and Cowboys currently are 2 of the hottest teams in the NFL. Colts 6-1 over their last 7 and Dallas with a 5 game winning streak. This seems like the perfect game they would flex.

Won't help me. The Skins play at 1pm and CBS has the doubleheader.

Are you sure about this?

I’m going to the game. It’s a two hour drive and I need to make my beer plan well ahead of time.

As I’m sure you’re aware this is not a time to leave anything to chance so any help is appreciated.

I think they have made the decisions on flexing for rhis week. It needed to happen last week I think

Might be forced to get the Skins game on TV, unless they decide that the Skins are out of the playoffs and limit the viewing to around the D .C area and allow the lower half of VA to get the Cowboys game

I don't think I have ever seen that done. I can stream it though.

I wasn't. The game they had was good. They already took the first game from fox so I didn't think it was any chance of,that happening. Maybe if it was a week 17 game but outside of that nah.

Okay, I looked it up. I remember how the Dallas-ATL game was on Fox at 1 p.m. and the Skins game was on CBS, in week 11. And I was still able to get the Cowboys-ATL game here.

They haven't said what area is getting what game yet. But, the Skins game is on CBS and the Cowboys-Colts game on Fox. There's a chance they might do something similar. But, we will have to wait and see.

I did not realize that. I am pretty sure I will get the game especially since the Colts are in the playoff hunt. I would be shocked if they don't put the Cowboys on. They are just throwing ratings down the drain if they don't.

Is there still a chance the time will be flexed?

I thought they had to have a certain amount of notice

Someone said they had to give two weeks notice for the SNF spot. Not sure if the 4:25 spot are by the same rules

I looked it up, & it appears we won't be getting the Cowboys game locally (Im in VA as well). Only place I could find it was Sunday Ticket.

Probably could change but, that's the way it looks at the moment.
