Could Dallas ever pull of a feat like the Patriots?

It wouldn’t surprise me if he told his QB he would cut him on the spot for checking out of the running plays. They ran against 9 to 10 man fronts last night. Any NFL QB would have checked out of that and we all know that Dakota would have been tempted by the fools gold and taken the bait.

Ya'll can hate on Dak forever but until somebody reins him in he's gonna be a loose canon out there. You have a game plan. Like Belichick did last night. Stick with it. Dallas rarely sticks with anything minus throwing the ball all over the field. Even when you should be running the ball to kill the clock.

To be clear I don’t hate Dak. I just feel he tries too hard for the splash play when he should take what the defense is giving him.

Watching the Patriots @ Buffalo MNF tilt, majority already know that the Pats ran a total of 49 offensive plays with 46 coming in the form of rushing the ball. New England threw the ball 3 times and 2 of those came in the 4th quarter and won the game.
Yes, it was rough weather (very windy)

Now, could the Cowboys ever pull of a feat like that? If you are honest...no

Patriots have no superstars on either side of the ball and have a 7 game winning streak.

100% they could have. When the Oline was healthy and the Cowboys were rushing for 200 ypg.

The real question becomes.............could NE win if they had to throw the ball 40 or 50 times in a game? They arent built for that.

Nope.........never been worried about that at all. Now if he threw a lot of picks, like Romo, that might be an issue.

Dak is the farthest thing from a loose cannon.

Why would you stick with Zeke and 3 tpc? Was bellicheck ever behind last night by double digits?

Its like you people dont even understand the simplest aspects of football.

No other team could pull that off except Belicheat’s Patriots. We can’t’ run against 8 man fronts and everyone in the stadium new NE was going to run the ball vs Buffalo’s 9-10 man fronts and they still did it.

With that running game and Defense Belicheat’s team could be really hard to beat in January/February.

Pats are doing same thing as in 2001 when brady took over, 4-5 losses, then go on winning streak ,beat the team leading the division, and win the div.
Remains to be seen if they can keep it going.
In 2001 Rams beat NE early in the season, and then NE beat them in SB.
Dallas beat them early, so if Dallas made the SB along with NE, it would be similar situation.

And no kellen would not run that much in any weather or any game.

Who needs them when you have a "superstar" head coach!

The Scouting Department needs to find another Erik Williams, before we can think about pounding non-stop.

The Cowboys might not be able to pull off a deal like the Patriots did but lately, they could pull my finger . . .:lmao:

Thats close to how the Cowboy beat the Packers easily in Zeke's first season. A good running game eats the clock and keeps the other teams offense cold.

Not without BB.
The Pats learned a lot doing what they did. They may be unstoppable after running that many Reps after BB reviews and adjusts.

BB is exact opposite of Garret.

its not just about the cowboys pulling the feat...can any team, including NE do this ever again? well, the closest before was Tenn in playoffs. but not quite only 3 passes.

The question isn't "could they", it's "would they". New England seems to have a stellar O-Line, that's how they can win without stars in the skill positions. Blocking like that will make anyone look good.
I remember the 2016 dallas offensive line. Good old days…

The Patriots play team football. The Cowboys show flashes of it but in most cases depend on their star players to make plays.

No.. Moore won't even call three running plays in a row let alone 10 or 11 in a row.. So no we will never see the Cowboys even attempt this sort of game plan.
