  • JERMEY PARNELLT, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT

    Jaguars released RT Jermey Parnell.

Parnell was entering the final year of his contract, and this clears $6 million in cap space for the Jaguars. The soon-to-be 33-year-old (in July) was Pro Football Focus' No. 51 tackle out of 80 qualifiers last season. He should find another gig but won't be guaranteed a starting job wherever he lands.

He is going to want to play.

Why return here?

Little chance he will have a chance to start unless major injuries.

And certainly the money is already committed to the starters.

Don't see this happening.

Only if he wants to play for the vet minimum plus incentives. You know Stephen is looking to guys who want to be Cowboys and take a discount to be one.

He just got released, he's going to be 33 for the season, he has little chance to start anywhere and is unlikely to be in high demand.
