I think with the emphasis on safety and rules on tackling in practice this could set the Cowboys up for major success

Might be a good idea. It might get more pressure on the QB of opposing offenses than some of our D-linemen. lol j/k

This would be a great tool for high schools to use to reduce injuries.

No but you could have players work against it and try to bump player with ball - saying you're down.
