Nope, a SB will never be scheduled again at an outdoor stadium in February if that cities avg temp is below 50 degrees.

Possibly but those fields and sidelines are heated these days in cold weather cities.

It's possible it could get that cold again for a game, but I don't think the on-field conditions will be repeated on modern fields.

I would also wonder if today is more litigious than back then, and the league would be concerned about getting sued of players love digits to frost bite or worse. I would suspect that the league would say "no can do" to weather conditions like that.

I agree. I think the NFL would probably have the game moved to the closest viable indoor stadium.
