Could Trevon Diggs help Dallas short-handed WR corps?

I’d rather he perfect playing D than screw around at receiver. It’s like how pitchers stop being able to hit at a certain level of baseball.
Playing a very limited role at WR would have no impact on his ability to develop his skills at CB.

He gave up about 1000 yards in coverage and set records for pass attempts against and missed numerous tackles for us!!!!!!!!!! Maybe we should move him.

He needs to be on the sidelines talking to his coaches when the offense is on the field.
There is no limited role, playing receiver takes a lot of practice to get the timing and chemistry right.

That wouldn't apply to Diggs. He already has the basic knowledge of both positions. And I ain't saying he should be a starter. Only a limited role .
Him getting a few snaps at WR will have no impact on his CB game.

And it's been done before.

He could play the slot and cover himself at the same time

Not effectively, even Deion couldn't pull it off....Diggs has a lot of work to do on his defensive game. He gets ints, but gives up too many yards. He needs to focus on his defensive game and not waste time for a couple of offensive plays now and then

After this Diggs meltdown, throwing a tantrum and deactivating a Twitter account after getting beat several times in camp, Diggs should probably forget about getting reps as receiver.

Uncle Jed should have let injury prone Gallup walk, and signed Wilson, smdh

It was not Diggs idea some keyboard jockey came up with it for clicks

I agree.
He needs to be focused on what the opposing O is trying to do while his O is on the field rather than be with Kellen and fooling around with "trick" plays, or exotic looks with unfamiliar players trying to do unfamiliar things.

I don’t see why he couldn’t be utilized at times. Would be a great decoy as well

Deion did do it effectively and excelled at it. and I am correct on my previous post. It applies.
Diggs already has experience at WR and doesnt need to go to WR 101 classes.
