Could We Keep 5 TE'S?

Andre Smith is playing really well and is the only true "blocking" TE in the group. Given the desire the run two tight ends I could see him making it. I think at a minimum he makes the PS. I guess it comes down to a decision of what position can you go light at to carry 5 TE's....

Possible, but yeah practice squad makes a lot of sense. I did hear Garrett say that they needed Smith to play faster. Which is similar to what he said early on with Escobar. Which apparently has to do with getting in their deeper routes quicker to draw coverages away from the other receivers.

There is no chance of that. It's between Smith and Rosario.

It's certainly a possibility. I believe the Packers kept five TEs on their 53 man roster for most of 2011.
