yes...lets trade a 1st rd pick LB we just drafted last yr for a way past his prime CB that had a bad offseason and preseason here, and is making absolutely no contribution where he is now

We don't need anyone that someone else would be willing to trade to us.

It is more likely that we would trade one of our players for a future draft pick though. Miles Austin could go and not be missed a bit IMO.

If you look at the blue header at the top of the page you will see "User CP." That is your Control Panel. When you open that you will find options to customize your profile here. One of them will be "Edit Avatar" and this is the picture you want.

Find a picture you want to use and insert the URL into the field and it will be your avatar. It is set to resize automatically, but sometimes that is touchy. So if you can find a picture that is already 100 pixels x 100 pixels it usually is a lot easier.
