Could Will McClay Coach in the NFL?

He's found his niche, and he's very good at it. Whether he could coach or not I have no idea. I suppose anybody can coach, but winning as a coach is a different deal.

His resume isn't actually all that bad. I totally dig what he's doing personnel-wise, and I realize it'd have to likely be either or. I wouldn't be totally upset if he ends up coaching something down the line..

It would be a terrible decision if McClay goes back to coaching , he is amazing at scouting and talent evaluation at the most elite level .

Why would he downgrade himself into coaching at B-League again ?

anyway anyone 'can do anything' , but will he be elite like now ?
