Let’s see how the schedule looks league wide. The NFL is likely trying to avoid teams playing for nothing in week 18.Cowboys played both games against Washington in a 3 week span in Dec a few years ago.
Ridiculous to not play a divisional team until Dec. Also no reason for both games to be that close together.
I said take a step back, not fall from grace. It wouldn't matter anyway. They'll be back. They are all in on winning championships. It's clearly their first priority. They are running their team like they are playing a computer sim against weak AI.Their current head coach has been to two Super Bowls. The only one he “followed” was the first one and the team went 11-6 and went to the playoffs as a wild card where they lost to Tampa Bay in the wild card round. Not much of a “fall from grace”.
Losing in the wild card round is the high water mark for the Cowboys. The whole NFCE will be taking a “step back” this season. Perhaps not the Giants. Eleven wins will win the NFCE this year. It’s not going to be the Dallas Cowboys.
I guess this is being done because they feel they're the best two teams and want to draw big ratings as the teams push for a playoff spot and division crown!!
The NFC East division, as a whole, may take a step back record wise this year. We don’t know what the schedule will actually play like until it’s played, but right now it looks brutal.I said take a step back, not fall from grace. It wouldn't matter anyway. They'll be back. They are all in on winning championships. It's clearly their first priority. They are running their team like they are playing a computer sim against weak AI.
