They appear to want more than a first for him, and I can't blame them on that. They aren't going to get two firsts like they initially did from Baltimore, but I don't think they trade him for just one.

I don't know if it would be a mistake. Guy could be a difference maker if we're a good team. Big if I know.

Serious draft capital usually ends up being serious contracts. Dallas has enough players looking to be paid a lot. A first round pick in this situation wouldn't be a big deal. Just another pick that might want top dollar eventually. They won't pay everyone. I would, in case you were wondering, which you weren't. Since it's not my money, yep, I'd pay them all.

Oh they obviously had an issue. Could have been in the works for a while or just popped up when the fight broke out. All teams have training camp fights and fights occasionally in regular season practices. But unlike the vast majority this Crosby/Cousins tussle hit the hit the national news because it involved the starting QB and the team's best player. It is very likely a very overblown event.
