Why do people have to put the entire dysfunctionality of this franchise all on the QB?

Missing wide open players for TD’s because you struggle to read coverage will make people hyper focused on his dysfunction. You’re not winning many games when you refuse to throw the ball over 7 yards. 5.5 YPA ain’t getting it done. You’re not going to get the run game going with all the defenders in the box because your 60m dollar a year QB can’t see wide open WRs downfield to get the defense to back off.

Pay top money to flashy positions (WR) and at QB. As long as there are a few faces and STATZ!!!! 1) One game can never tell anyone who is better than who
2) The 2 QBs are playing with entirely different rosters. Kirk has way more weapons and a better line

Having said that, it's always been a legit debate.

I know plenty of Cowboy homers that would laugh if you mentioned Cousins in the same breath as Dak.
But since he left Washington, so in the last 6-7 years, the numbers say he has been as good or better.

Daks contract is 15 million more per year, almost 2.5 times the amount of guaranteed money (for all intended purposes it's basically a fully guaranteed contract) and has a no trade clause.
