Michael Hindman, who writes for the Newberg Report about the Texas Rangers had his comment at the end of his report today.

You know I can tell Tony Romo is great? When the Giants scored with a minute left, my visceral reaction was "good, now we get to see Tony pull it out in one minute."

Manlove.

I have to say I had a similar thought. :)

When I saw a minute left, I thought. "More then enough time. It won't even be pressured." (I knew we had two timeouts)

When the game is on the line, I don't question Romo. I question TO. I don't mean that as a slap at TO, just a fact. Several of his drops have come when the game was on the line. Talking with my wife last night (a home town Giants fan) I found myself spewing homerism saying that TO drops passes but always comes through when it counts. That isn't exactly true. He does come through when it counts sometimes, but he has peppered drops during crucial parts of games. I remember the last Commanders game that would have iced the victory.

If I remember right, both T.O. and Witten were open (it looked that way to me and I just watched it) but, Romo chose Witten...

I think Romo could have thrown to T.O. also...glad he didn't...
