Well, stop doing it! The fact that you keep saying your done, but are still here.....you are the epitome of an enabler. As are all the other fans that don't do anything but whine....you don't have to put up with it, but you do...
I don't think posting on a message board makes Jerry any money, Ranch.

The enables are the ones that go to the games, buy the merch, and contribute to TV ratings.

Never been a fan of Rob Parker, but he REALLY nails it here!!!

We all betray popular values by supporting a pro football team. We glorify violence and demean hard working people by being a part of system that bestows millions of dollars and some cases generational wealth on people for playing a kids game. We basically tell kids that we value athletes more than the people who hold jobs that actually make the country work. It's all a compromise if you really want to think about the consequences of fandom.

I think the whole league is more concerned with their own team. The dozen teams that have never won 1 Super Bowl aren't laughing at anybody.
Ohhhhh here we go. We should feel privileged that we have won 30 years ago?

What about the fans that are born after 1996? Should they feel happy Rambo?

Get lost. You’re who this video is talking about. You’re a classic enabler who would smile if Jerry was pushing your head underwater and probably saying thank you.

I agree with most of this. The one thing I disagree with is the allusion these players aren't working hard. They put their bodies through more than human bodies are designed to handle. They work their butts off, even in the off-season (most of them) and crash into each other with force that would cripple most ordinary people.

They make more than I would pay them, but of course, the owners make a **** ton more than I'd pay them. But fans want to see it, so we're willing to dish out our small share, to watch a "kid's game".
