The problem is not one family member is gonna risk his/her piece of the financial pie by ruffling any feathers.
A genuine Jones family intervention needs to take place in order to remove Jerry from his position.
The problem is those same Jones family members performing this intervention are most likely no better than Jerry and possibly even worse.
