Cowboy fans, dont forget starting at 4 pm, not sure exactly time media is allowed to watch practice, but smoaky will give coveage of the workout today.

i think the practice starts at 4:30 today, but wont be any hitting or wearing heavy gear. But thought you cowboy fans would want to know, joe

There are only a small percentage of people that can listen to KTBB live.

I will see if they have any podcasts later on, but they haven't been updating them since they arrived in Oxnard.
