Dam, talk about an arse whooping....................that was just embarrassing to get curb stomped by a division rival like that.

Cant believe people thought the Giants were actually good because they beat a joke team like the Vikes.

Eagles were dominant but the Giants folded like cheap lawn chairs when they got hit in the mouth. What a soft team they are.

Exactly.......................Giants were soft as Charmin tonight, it was like they were scared of the Eagles or something.

Just embarrassing:facepalm:

Not that Philly needed any favors, but having to beat a somewhat weak playoff team like NYG to advance to the Conf Title Game is a layup.

Dallas can only blame themselves for blowing the games vs GB and Jax...smh

Yep, those two OT losses is the difference in use being the 1 seed vs the 5 seed.

What makes it even worse is we had a double digit lead in the 4th quarter against both of those teams...........................talk about a kick in the nuts:facepalm:

I think many are overrating the Giants, based on their win last week and blowing out the Colts. Remember, this is a team that won just 1 divisional game and that was due to a very questionable no call. When the Eagles had their starters, they destroyed them. Yes, I will be also rooting for the Giants, but it's more wishful thinking.
This turned out to be a good call on your part. Kudos.

Giants did not deserve to be in that game really.

The experts in the media and many of ourselves insisted that the Giants would either straight up win or keep it very close……..let’s just a moment to acknowledge that most of us don’t know.

we can debate and speculate and prognosticate incorrectly in perpetuity, but we never seem to learn from it.

having said all that I predict the Niners will beat the Cowboys……just so I can get that game wrong too…hopefully

Giants still need OL help, WR help, and the book is still out on Jones. When your D is starting and counting on Jaylon Smith, you know they need help. More than anything, I think their record this year shows what a good coach Daboll is. He got the most out of what he had to work with.

Yeah…it was typical recency bias. Eagles had injury questions and hadn’t looked dominant for 6 weeks (and didn’t need to), and the Giants just won on the road.

My only concern for them was too much rest…but they were dialed in

I think some people here state what they WANT to happen, as if it were a logical fact. They make baseless guaranteess, over and over, then never acknowledge them when they're frequently wrong, and crow about the few that they, simply by chance, get right.

It's usually the dummies and mouth-breathers that do that.

Seems like most people in THIS thread stated that that's what they were HOPING would happen, and not too many people doing the old "guarantee it-then when ur wrong walk away from it and move on to next guarantee" routine

Yup. They were impressive. Hurts injury gave the rest of the NFL a reason to breath easy for a while

I’m glad that Hurts is healthy because I want all the teams at full strength when it comes to their star players.
I was concerned that Mahomes going down yesterday was going to skew the AFC situation but thankfully he came back…….I want to see a SB Champion without an asterisk

Half of the posts on this board are magical thinking unfortunately.
