I was looking at the cowboys gear at Albertsons today and it seems it is made in about 10 country's
but not 1 item made in America !
Egypt, Pakistan, Honduras, El Salvadore, and of course good ol China.
Does jerry have something against American Made items ?
Should be at least a few made in America.

I looked at the Ranger stuff, and at least they had one Tank top made in USA !

There was one item made in mexico with material made in America, so I guess thats something.

The other thing is it all looked "Cheap", I didnt find any of it appealing visually, and some of it
was laughable.
I dont know if this is just Albertsons gear, or it is true of all gear ??
Is any of the gear from cowboys online store made in America?
Does the stuff look cheap also?

It's a global economy now. It's been that way for the better part of 30 years. Before you judge too harshly, keep in mind that shirt is why someone doesn't have to live in subsistence farming.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Also keep in mind that your average apparel company would lose huge money trying to pay American workers to produce the product.

This is far from a "Jerry thing".

Damn. I just went political after I promised not to.

Well it is a huge political issue. But I know the gear you're talking about at Albertsons and it is not THE gear, it's the cheapy almost rip off kind.

Most things are made overseas now. From cellphones, clothing, shoes, computers ect. That is the way of the world now.

@DandyDon52 Check your wardrobe and see where your clothes are made. I have Polo made in Mexico, Banana Republic made in India, Eddie Bauer made in Vietnam and Sri Lanka, Tommy Bahama made in Mexico, Jeremiah made in China, etc.

And after you are done checking your wardrobe, how about your cell phone? Your car? Your computer? The mango I ate this morning was from Mexico. So was the avocado I had for lunch the other day. And my wife was made in Japan :)

Ripping Jerry for Cowboy gear not made in America is pretty ridiculous. But, hey, I'll at least give you points for originality. First time I can remember someone ripping Jerry for this.

Well, you were buying Cowboys gear at Albertson's.

Kind of like buying a fine suit at KMart

I wasnt buying, lol just killing time looking at the gear.

So I guess they sell their own junk gear ?? Seems kinda stupid to me.
They should sell the good stuff.

Oh I know, it is ridiculous, that so little is made in America nowdays.
But it wouldnt hurt to have some things made in America, considering this is Americas team !! ??

I used to buy the chinese fans, and they last like a year or 2 and stop, so I found a American made fan at walmart, and 4 years later it
is still going, so do you really save money in the long run buying foreign?
I would rather pay more for a well made American product.

Why is it consider "evil" or "bad" to be so called political. Sounds like a way to stifle dissent. Shut up and take it.
