Both sound stupid fighting over a trademark involving the number or word eight.

lol. The nonsense just reminded me of the time Cardi B tried to trademark 'okurrr'.

Edit: Also reminded me of copyright infringement but not a trademark issue when Vanilla Ice was sued over riffs in his Ice Ice Baby song. His explanation for why he did not commit infringement was classic.

A number should not be allowed to be trademarked.

Aikman is dumb for this.
It’s ridiculous that anybody could trademark a jersey number in the first place. It’s beyond stupid
Why?

He wants it for his "Eight" beer and to expand from that.

And Jackson is no where near what Aikman was as a QB. And never will be.

Fans are dumb for being against this. Who really cares?

Imagine Emmitt trademarking “22” and sending you a cease and desist for having it in your user name.

Man, and I thought for once we could all agree on something.

It's stupid to trademark a number or even fight over it. Both could use it on their product. So I think Jackson is the stupid one here.

But in the end it shouldn't be a trademark in the first place.

Don’t matter.

22 wouldn’t be yours to use period.

Are you seeing his stupid it is now to think you should be able to trademark a number?
No, are you seeing how stupid it is he is not trying to trademark the number "8" as itself.

More like Eight or No. 8. there is a difference.

Regardless, with or without your defense of his dumb try, he will lose as he should.

Cowboys QBs stay losing these days.
