Those look like the same bags my wife uses in the washing machine to put her "delicates" in.
I use one of those...that's what I thought when I saw it too!

As long as there's no reason for Cowboys fans to wear bags over their heads, I'm fine with it.
They should have them try and catch wearing those beer goggles the state trooper would bring to school to talk about the dangers of drinking and driving.
Broken fingers? Good grief.... you'd think they were playing tiddly-winks! This is football.... they could break a finger on a tackling dummy. Lawsuit? OSHA? Lord help me!
I'm gonna laugh when someone breaks a finger and then sues the team for having an unsafe working enviroment. OSHA should be all over this......and the players Union.....
Dumbest drill I've ever seen.....And in no way improves anything

Has the art of asking someone in the know for an explanation been lost in journalism?
Or is this long-range reporting where someone isn't on the scene, doesn't have access to the players or coaches and is speculating from his basement?
That is a TE and the TEs coach Pope is well known for using odd drills in practice.
The TE coach wrote the article?
I have not idea how you got that from what I said.

You missed the intent of my question.
I'm asking how come the writer couldn't ask what the net is being used for. Is he not at the facility while the net contraption is being used?
The writer makes speculations as to what it is.
When I was a daily newspaper reporter, it was my duty to ASK people why they did what they did, not write an entire article about what I THINK it is people did.
