The LB play on this team is atrocious.

It more than just Jaylon. It's all of them.

Lee has played great! But vs. GB, there was a lot of Jaylon Smith. Hitchens, after injury and no preseason or game time, should have been playing limited time to work himself back in, but there was no choice. He will play better after the bye, and he and Lee will make a world of difference, assuming Lee is playing.

Right? What's going on this year? Is it the changes in the DL creating problems for the LBs? I know Hitchens and Lee were both playing well in camp, but even Lee has looked normal at times and has struggled with tackling.

Man, I hope getting Hitchens back in the middle and Wilson (hopefully) getting past his distractions does the trick back there. Because it's been painful to watch the last two weeks.

It was fine until Lee went out. Wilson and Smith are making a lot of mental mistakes now that Lee is out. The middle coverage has absolutely gone in the toilet. We desperately need our leader back.
