Power 5 guys like Taco Charlton, Jaylon Smith and Randy Gregory have really worked out like a charm.
And how many Pro Bowlers are from Humboldt State?

It's easy to pick out guys from Michigan and ND who haven't panned out because there are so many of them. I can also give you Zack Martin and Jourdan Lewis from those schools who look to be pretty good.

The draft is all about probabilities. Your chances of success are much greater if you choose players who have played high end competition in college than a promising looking guy who lines up against a bunch of nobodies and you hope he can make the leap to the NFL.

Like taking Byron Jones over Landon Collins.

I am among the last to whine about officiating but yesterday was horrible. Between the knocking down Bryant, multiple facemasks on Clayborn, and this, it is hard to get a break.

And none of the facemasks were of the "oh his finger just got caught for a second" variety. They were of the grasping and pulling variety.

Why would you keep Dak in the game when he's been battered and the game is out of hand? JG is going to get another good QB injured and broken with his dumb mistakes. This clown is hurting this team more ways than one.

What sad about this is he still manages to hit the QB in less than 3 seconds.

Was going to say the same thing. It's a tough deal having both Green and Cooper needing help on that left side.

This and the fact that a good coach will make the best of even the biggest butt whoopin'. Getting Rush some playing time in a real NFL game not only protects Dak, but gives Rush some game experience that he can use to learn from better than any practice scenario. If you're going to lose in a blowout, get as many positives as you can out it.

You can't sack a qb if the ball is our of his hand in a second (same way we can't often get to Manning), we just don't have those plays in our playbook for whatever reason
Yes...it seems like it takes a while for passing plays to develop under the Garrett regime. It was the same when Tony Romo was QB, which got him beat up a lot. Why they don't include quick passing plays is a huge mystery. You'd think the coaching staff would want to be versatile to handle different situations.....

Why don't they use the middle of the field, outside of the occasional short pass to Beasely?

There were at least 6 other times they should have.

Should have been consistent help. Give your QB a chance to make a play...allow him time to break the pocket giving the receivers more time to shake free downfield. Only the great defenses are disciplined enough to hold up. Actually, did we even attempt to move the pocket ONCE???

They were using the middle of the field last week against KC. This week?????they seem to love going away from what's working!
